About the atelier
A workshop behind the counter, not just a counter
Solstice Atelier began in 2015 with one bench and a loupe — today a jeweler, a watchmaker, and a selection consultant work beside the display case, and every piece still passes through that same bench before it is sold.

Every piece carries a hallmark stamp, and gemstone pieces from 50,000 ₸ come with a certificate of authenticity — you can ask to see it before paying.
Can I return or exchange a piece after trying it on?
Yes, within 14 days if the packaging is intact and there are no signs of wear — we refund using the original payment method.
Do you engrave rings?
Yes, inside-band engraving takes 2–3 days and is priced separately — we quote it on the spot.
What if the ring size doesn't fit after purchase?
The first resize within a month of purchase is free; after that it's priced per the workshop list.
Do you offer installments or Kaspi Pay in several payments?
Kaspi installments over 3 or 6 months with no markup are available for pieces from 30,000 ₸.
